Mild Steel Sheet

Mild Steel Sheet - also known as Strip Mill, Hot Rolled Sheet, or Cold Reduced Sheet - is a flat product up to 3mm in thickness and usually supplied to industry standard sizes.

​

They are most commonly supplied in 2000x1000mm, 2500x1250mm, or 3000x1500mm industry standard sizes, although can be supplied de-coiled to the exact length required or profiled to a specific length/width.

 

Available in a range of grades, including but not limited to S275JR, DC01, & DD11.

Mild Steel Plate

Mild Steel Plate, most commonly supplied as Reversing Mill Plate (RMP), is a flat product ranging most commonly from 3mm-150mm in thickness and usually supplied to industry standard sizes.

​

They are most commonly supplied in 2000x1000mm, 2500x1250mm, 3000x1500mm, or 4000x2000mm industry standard sizes, although can be supplied de-coiled to the exact length required or profiled to a specific length/width.

 

Available in a range of grades, including but not limited to S275JR, S355JR, & S355J2.

Galvanised Sheet

Galvanised Sheet - sometimes referred to as Galv Sheet - is a pre-treated flat product commonly ranging from 0.6mm-3mm in thickness - although can be supplied in 4/5mm thickness upon request.

​

They are most commonly supplied in 2000x1000mm, 2500x1250mm, or 3000x1500mm industry standard sizes, but can be de-coiled to the exact length required.

​

We also supply a range of Zintec, Galvannealed, and Pickled & Oiled (P&O) sheets for a range of various applications.

Boiler & Pressure Vessel Plate

Boiler Plate & Pressure Vessel Plate are specifically used in the application of closed containers holding liquid or gases at pressure.

​

We supply a huge range of popular grades - including P265GH, P355GH, Grade 60, & many more. 

​

They are available in various sizes, including de-coiled to length, and we can supply directly from various mills, in some cases up to 1000mm in thickness (that is not a typo, it is one heavy plate)! 

Abrasion Resistant Plate

Abrasion Resistant (AR) Plate - also known as Wear Plate, is highly resistant to withstand wear and tear, impact, and deformations.

​

It is available in a range of brands, including HARDOX®, RAEX®, Relia®, & Cruesabro® - but the most important factor when choosing an AR Plate is the Brinell Hardness, dependent upon the application.

​

We supply a huge range of sizes and thicknesses, de-coiled to longer lengths, or profiled to smaller sizes.

Weather Resistant Plate

Weather Resistant Plate, most commonly known by the brand name COR-TEN®, is a type of steel plate formulated to allow the early formation of an iron oxide (rust) layer to provide a weather protective coat to the underlying steel.

​

It is most commonly supplied in 0.6mm-60mm thickness, and as industry standard panels including 2000x1000mm, 2500x1250mm, & 3000x1500mm.

 

We can supply de-coiled to specific lengths upon request. 

Road Plate

Road Plate is a type of flat mild steel plate often used to allow pedestrians or vehicles to pass over holes or trenches whilst construction works are carried out. 

​

They can be supplied as plain plates with no finish or with anti-skid facilities, and can be profiled with holes to a specific diameter to allow for easy lifting.

​

We most commonly supply these plates in 18mm/19mm/20mm thickness and in 8ft x 4ft or 2500x1250mm panel sizes, but other sizes are available upon request.
